I wanted to have my older, split shake cedar roof cleaned and sealed, hoping that it would last another couple of years before it needed replacement. Much to my amazement, Eddie was not only able to clean the roof, but restore it to looking nearly like it did 20 years ago!! Also, unlike the last company that looked at the roof this Spring, he said my roof is in good condition and should last at least five more years! He also researched out and found an even better sealer for my roof and I was really thrilled about that. Eddie is a very honest, conscientious person who did an amazing job cleaning up the gigantic mess left by all the debris coming off of that roof. There was mud and debris encircling the entire house as well as on a very large deck in the backyard. I am a very fastidious person who likes things looking very clean and Eddie did a fantastic job cleaning up all the mess! He also power washed a large cement driveway and it looks great Now, I’m all prepared for Seattle’s winter rainy season I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend him His prices are VERY reasonable
Cedar shake roof went from dark to brand new cedar color. All the neighbors have asked about it. Great company!

I contacted Eddie to power wash my Trex Deck … and after he arrived expanded my request to power wash a white painted fence and a Roman brick patio. The price was fair and I was hugely satisfied with the results. I recommended him to my tax accountant who employed him as well and was thrilled with his work effort and the results. Thumbs Up.
