This metal roof was cleaned using a water-based biodegradable solution and medium pressure. The solution kills the alge, mold and mildew and a higher pressure rinse is used for quick removal leaving the roof free of unsightly moss build up on the same day of service.

We only use high pressure on metal and concrete type roofs. Asphalt shingle and roofs alike require a more gentle method of cleaning and do not require a pressure washer.
