This soft washing project was for 12 two-story condos that consisted of 42 total units. Being that the nature of the Pacific Northwest is warm and humid, algae growth on the exterior of homes and buildings is practically inevitable. Soft washing is certainly the most preferred way to remedy this problem. Soft washing kills algae spores and does not damage the home, unlike traditional power washing. Soft washing also costs a fraction of what it would cost to have a home repainted.
